Dr Gifty Enyonam Ketemepi

Dr Gifty Enyonam Dake-Ketemepi (PhD in Higher Education) is an esteemed academician affiliated with the University of Professional Studies in Accra, Ghana. With almost two decades of experience in higher education, she has been instrumental in shaping the academic journeys of numerous students through her dedication to teaching and mentorship. Beyond her academic role, Dr Dake-Ketemepi is a co-founder of PauseReset Consult LTD, an organisation that specialises in delivering consultancy and training services in quality management solutions. In her capacity as Director of Operations and Program Excellence, she not only oversees the implementation of various quality management initiatives but also plays a pivotal role in promoting best practices within organisations. In addition to her consultancy work, Dr Dake-Ketemepi is the co-founder and manager of Babla Couture, a local Ghanaian clothing brand that focuses on providing ready-to-wear apparel for women. This venture highlights her passion for fashion and her desire to contribute to the local economy by promoting indigenous craftsmanship and creativity. Through Babla Couture, she aims to empower women by offering stylish and affordable clothing options that celebrate Ghanaian culture and aesthetics.
